Genesis Real Estate Africa is a full service real estate company specialising in property management, property sales, rentals, short term accommodation, valuations, property advisory and rental guarantees.

HISTORY

Founded by the same person who bought you Propertybook.co.zw, (40 000 users a month in its first 3 months), and the “Harare Rentals” groups which span over 100 000 members across Zimbabwe (started in 2009).

OBJECTIVES

Utilising our UK registered parent companies experience, it is our objective to completely disrupt the existing antiquated model and market by leveraging new and emerging technologies such as 360, 3D, Virtual Reality, Virtual Tours, Drone Videography, Machine Learning Algorithms, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence so as to not only provide a first class, first world experience, but to also ensure faster, safer, smoother transactions whilst removing many of the cumbersome requirements that hinder our clients with regular agencies.
