This well presented, one-bedroom cottage (attached to the main house) in Mandara is ready for occupation. It has an open plan kitchen and large lounge area which leads to an enclosed verandah. The bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom comprising a shower, bath, basin and toilet.
The rent includes ZESA, a maid service three times a week (with personal laundry and bedding etc being done twice a week) and 1 x 20kg gas specifically for the 12kg gas geyser. Due to the fact that there is no water on the property, the landlord will also pay for 1 x 5000l of water (any additional water or gas requirements will be down to the tenant to pay for). The cottage has a completely independent water tank.
