This guest house is located in Adylinn and has six bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the cottage. The main bedroom has an ensuite and is elegantly furnished with fitted cupboards. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and fitted cupboards and the other two bedrooms have double beds.
The lounge is nicely furnished with leather sofas and has a fireplace to give a cosy setting for added relaxation.
The kitchen has all amenities and is well-spaced. It leads to the laundry room that has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is a dining area that can easily seat 16 people. For added convenience, the property has two common bathrooms that come with a tub as well as a shower.
The cottage is self-contained with two bedrooms with double beds. It also comes with its own lounge and kitchen that is fully furnished and has been designed for the clients who will be doing their own catering.
The outside area of the house is well maintained with a beautiful lawn, driveway, and well-maintained trees. There is a secure pool area that has a braai area and a gazebo. The property is secured with a durawall and an electric gate. There is WIFi, a backup generator, and a prolific borehole.
This property would be ideal for NGO clients, bridal teams, small conferences and for the travelling executive.
